La iniciativa del Ayuntamiento de destinar el dinero de las luces para gasto social se merece un diez, de eso trata la Navidad. Todo lo demás es publicidad que solo nos lleva a consumir bombones. Eso si, me gusta más este anuncio que el de la Lotería o el de Campofrio. Aunque lo que se vive en todo el mundo a fin de año, son periodos de cierre, examenes finales, actividad frenética la Iglesia propone exactamente lo opuesto; se inicia el año litúrgico, un periodo de preparación, de silencio con motivo del nacimiento de un niño que quiere nacer en nuestro corazón para salvarnos, darnos vida, y para que la tengamos en abundancia.
